Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by utilizing effective selling skills and tools to satisfy customer needs.
- Provide knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
- Ensure that each and every customer have a fully informative and positive experience along with reflecting M-prove concept.
Duties:
- Ensure that each customer received outstanding service by establishing a friendly environment through pleasant greetings and acknowledging furniture-related concerns.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, and answer any questions regarding products.
- Provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring customer’s convenience standards in your area are met or exceeded.
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to M-prove standards and probably labelled.
- Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices.
- Use available resources to educate oneself on product features, services and customer selling techniques.
- Works diligently in a fast-paced environment while taking care of multiple clients at a time.
- Always keeps the displayed sets of furniture as done by the visual merchandising team, neat and clean.
- Keep fabric or leather Samples of available stocks available and visible on displayed sets at all times.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
Key Communication: Reports to the showroom manager and liaises internally with other sales staff, visual merchandisers and warehouse / externally with customers.
Requirements Education & Experience:
- Must have minimum 3 years working experience in a reputable retail furniture chain. Skills
- Excellent sales skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to speak and understand English and French.
- Team working spirit.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
