Job description for Store Manager @ m-Prove International Inc

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets as per the set budget.
  • Operate the showroom according to the M-prove concept and guidelines.
  • Optimize customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service.

 

Duties:

  • Secure that the M-prove store displays are according to set franchise standards.
  • Ensure all goods are displayed in the showroom.
  • Ensure that goods in the showroom are properly priced.
  • Developing the annual business plan for the showroom.
  • Ensure having all co-workers properly trained to secure efficient store performance.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels within the showroom and update purchasing department on goods to be ordered.
  • Ensure that the customers to visitor’s conversion rate as per the set KPIs.
  • Ensure that the average customer’s average cheque as per the set KPIs.
  • Ensure the implementation of the marketing campaign with related offers in the showroom.

 

Key Communication: Reports to the retail manager and liaises internally with logistics, purchasing, accounting and marketing / externally with customers.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration, postgraduate studies is a plus.
  • Must have a minimum 3 years in showroom management experience in a reputable furniture chain. skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Leadership and Problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and develop people’s experience in a retail environment
  • Must have highly developed networking skills
  • Must be fluent in English and French.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
